If I take out my SIM card during iPhone restore will it keep all my data?

My iPhone got disabled to the point of the "connect to iTunes screen" and I was just wondering- if I take out my SIM card and do the full restore of the phone without the SIM sim in it, can I plug the card back in once the restoring is done and have all my data as before? Pictures, contacts, apps, messages, etc?

I don't think you understand how this works. The SIM card has nothing to do with your data. The card is only used for your phone to connect to your carrier. Your data is NOT stored on that card. If you didn't have a backup of your data, then everything will be lost when you restore it. That's why backups are critical!

Nope.

The SIM card is not a memory card. All of those things (except contacts in rare cases these days) are stored on the phone's storage.
