If I wanted to buy the iphone 5c (16 g) how much would it be, if my 2 year contract isn't up?

I currently have an s3 and i'm having alot of issues with it so i'm switching to iphone, but I still have another year till I get and upgrade. I read that it would be $99 if I can get an upgrade, and I also saw the phone itself costs $549. Will I really have to pay that.-.
If your current contract isn't up you'd have to pay the early termination fee, then the price for the phone & its voice/text/data options.
As far as how much that ETF would be, don't know for Verizon but AT&T's (as an example) starts at $325 & goes down by $10 every month you stick with it.
If you buy it before your upgrade then it's going to be $549
- What would happen if someone from the year 2015 shows up in the streets in the year 1940? Talking on their iPhone and getting out of their 2016 brand new car and wearing clothes from this era. You think he/she would get stopped / detained and possibly killed.

Actually my brothers frd stays in usa & he's cumin to India very soon so I was thinking to tel him to get an HTC one or iPhone5s on contract bases bcoz it costs us $199 & get the phone in India n unlock it to use it for life time… Will it b possible to get an iPhone5s or htc one on contract bases & unlock here in India will il b in any problem if v do all these process… Please reply me fr my question…
- How much would it cost to switch iphones under a two year contract? I have an iphone 4 and its pretty much destroyed. I cracked the entire back and the front screen. I want to upgrade to the iPhone 5s but i'm not eligable for an upgrade yet. Could I still switch phones? And how much would it cost? And what is the full retail price of the iPhone 5s?
