If i'm getting robbed can i use a knife?
So today i was on the bus and i was using iphone and i noticed i guy watching me he was about 19 and mined i'm only 14 and pretty short. Anyway i placed the iphone in my pocket then the man tried to go in my pocket but i dindt allow him then he gave up then ran off the bus but i have a feeling hell try again maybe with more people or he might be armed so if he tries again do i have the right to stab him non lethally
Only if he is armed, you could use it in self defense. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.
You could if you were at your house and someone broke in, but it's illegal to carry knives around in public. But you are allowed to defend yourself with whatever you have on you. Are there never any other people on this bus? I would think if people saw this guy trying to rob you they would call the police
