If my computer charger says that input is 100-240V, can I use it in Paris?

I know that I will have to get an adapter in order to plug it in, but on the charger it says input: 100-240V, and I will be in Paris, so I was wondering if all I need is an adapter, or if I have to buy a converter too if I don't want my computer to burn out.

Also, my iphone and ipad chargers say the same thing, so I'm assuming it's the same case for all three…

Yes they will work with any AC voltage between 100-240v.
