If my iphone 4s breaks can i get the iphone 5?
My 2 year contract isint up till the end of 2013 but ii have insurance on my 4s. If it broke could i get the iphone 5?

No. Your insurance is for iPhone 4S. If you break, you won't be able to upgrade. It works like your car insurance. If your 2012 model is in an accident, the insurance company would not buy you a 2013 car.
