If my iphone breaks, does apple replace it?
I've had my iphone for less than a year, two days ago I updated to iOS 6.1.3 and right after my vibrate function was not working. I tried changing settings, restarting and even restoring it. If I take it to my apple store for this, will they replace it? And will it be a model year newer?
I think they might you should ask apple or go into a store and ask them did you buy apple care because if you did they will replace the phone
If this is your first time trying to replace it then yes they will but they are not going to give you a new phone andit's gonna be the same exact model you have they will give you a refurbished phone which is like someone else's phone that they fixed up

I was NOT being reprimanded, I had it on my desk (which we're allowed to do) and he saw my case and because he liked it, he decided to pick it up and dropped my iPhone causing it to shatter.
