If you buy an iphone unlocked can you still use it over Wi-Fi?
I want an iphone but I don't wanna have to get a data plan and pay like $100 a month with Verizon! So i was wanna get a used one off ebay then get a little mobile hot spot thing from Virgin Mobile (http://www.virginmobileusa.com/mobile-broadband/mifi-2200.html) and only pay $35 a month and call? Yes you can, but there's a thing untrusted eBay sellers do which is selling looked phones as they are unlocked so be careful and read the reviews first.
Verizon will make you get a data plan. Why don't you put the i phone on tmobile if money is the issue?
