If you record a video and send it thru. Facebook messenger does it save to videos on an iphone that it was recorded from?

What's a messenger app that can send videos? I made some videos on my iphone and i need to send them to myself(On an ipad) I don't want to use imessage, and i know kik can't take videos, and it's takes a wicked long time to send them on email. Is there any 'messaging' apps that can send video?

My snapchat won't let me record and send videos? So I have an iPhone 4s, and I recently got the update in which you can send videos to friends. The problem is that my phone won't record a video. I know that you are supposed to press and hold the camera button, but whenever I do that, the screen just turns black and there's no video recorded. I can receive videos just fine, I'm just having problems taking the video. Also, I've tried deleting and then redownloading the app.
