I'm So LAZY ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY?

So honestly I'm one of the MOST LAZIEST PEOPLE EVER. I don't do anything but go on the internet and my iphone and twitter and just UGH. I'm so lazy and unhealthy that sometimes I sit all day in my pjs watching tv and just eating and going on the internet. How can I be active and start exercising more and be motivated?

Because you choose to be. Go outside. Even if you don't want to, because once your outdoors you can't be.

Take up jogging or walking, so at the same time each day you do a 40 minute walk outside, etc.

Well, what I do is get a bike and put it on a trainer, and bicycle in front of the tv. Is there somewhere nearby that you like? Try biking there. Maybe instead of texting, try taking a walk with your friend and talk to her. Those are tricks where when you exercise to do something fun. Hope that helps!

No but I recomed you find yourself a workout buddy there the best, they motivate you, push you to go the extra inch, and always make you stick to your workouts
