Imessage keeps deleting all my messages?
Okay this happened 2 times and the first time this happened was around 2 weeks ago but I just ignored it but just yesterday, IT CLEARED ALL MY MESSAGES AGAIN. I WENT FROM HAVING 342 unread MESSAGES TO ZERO. I'm very sad and disappointed because I had a lot of funny convos I want to re read for memories and now they are all gone. And yes, my settings are set to "keep messages forever" it's been that way ever since I had this iPhone 6s. But anyone know why this keeps happening? And any ways I can recover my messages?

- Why is my iPhone5 sending some messages as iMessage and others as Text Messages? I understand that messages are sent as Text Messages when there's no signal or poor Wi-Fi connection. However, I'm successfully texting some people using iMessage but others (still iPhone users) as Text messages. The other person will send iMessages and then my responses will be sent as green Text Messages.
- Why downloaded music keeps deleting off an iPhone? Sometimes when I add new music into my phone (not from iTunes app) my older music would delete itself now I keep getting a pop up saying 31 items can't sync check iTunes but I don't know what to do and I can't put the music back into my phone Can someone help please
- New iPhone keeps deleting my contacts? Is it this individual phone or do all iPhones do this? Should I return it and get a different iPhone?
- My iPhone keeps on deleting my songs? I have an iPhone 5 and since I got the update, 8.2 I think my songs keep on getting deleted Like every other week it deletes like 20 of my songs and I have to keep on redownloading them again it's getting rlly annoying Does anyone know the cause of it or how I can fix it
