Instagram app is broken (read details)?

So I log into my account and it says you have violated terms.

I have never done anything to violate the terms so I go to the computer version of instagram and I log in and it works.

No matter what account I try it says I violated the terms on the mobile app.

But on the computer no matter what account it always works

Please help me fix this

Added (1). Its not been violated because it works on the computer version. Its a problem with the app

Added (2). THE ACCOUNT WORKS ON COMPUTER JUST NOT THE APP

Added (3). I fixed this by erasing my iPhone and starting over

Oh i do have Find My iPhone on, but one time when my dad took it to the store and didn't come back i got on the icloud web and to see where my iphone was to see where my dad was and it was worthless!
