Instagram orange notifications iPhone picture app?
Is there an iPhone picture app where you can put that orange Instagram notification with the heart onto it? I've seen a few pictures but I don't know what app it is exactly. Please tell me you know what I'm talking about.

- Will an orange pay as you go sim card work in my iphone orange contract phone? My orange phone is still in contract but could do with a different number on pay as you go as well, would rather just get the sim card and swap them over, but can always buy a cheap phone as well
- Why won't my Instagram notifications work? My Instagram account's notifications isn't working. I try to turn on notifications from the app and it says error. Notifications are turned on in settings. I have an iPhone 5s. I have tried reinstalling the app, logging out, turning off my phone. Nothing's working!
- Which picture edit app (for the iPhone) do you use to naturally remove any human being? He photobombed himself in my picture? I went to Disneyland yesterday and I can see my friend photobombed himself in my multiple pictures. I still have them on my phone. Does anybody have any recommendations (ideas) for any picture edit app I can use to edit him out? He's standing on the right side of me. (which I can see he ruined the moment for me.) P.S. Yes, I like to take pictures with other cosplayers.
- Is it possible to delete Instagram notifications? On the iPhone Instagram app in your notifications (the speech bubble with the heart in it) where it says people have followed you, liked/commented on photos and mentioned you in comments. Is it possible to delete certain ones or delete them all? Of do you just have to wait until more notifications move them down the list until they disappear?
