Which picture edit app (for the iPhone) do you use to naturally remove any human being? He photobombed himself in my picture?

I went to Disneyland yesterday and I can see my friend photobombed himself in my multiple pictures. I still have them on my phone. Does anybody have any recommendations (ideas) for any picture edit app I can use to edit him out? He's standing on the right side of me.
(which I can see he ruined the moment for me.)

Rnaybe you can delete that picture

Just crop him off.

That's not even a photobomb. He's standing there decently. It's the fault of the photographer why he's there. If you want him out, just crop the picture. If you want just you and the cosplayer, ask the photographer to do just that and ask your friend to step away. He can have his turn later. Ask nicely.
