Internet is connected but not working?
We have Internet from AT&T and the pages stopped loading on my iPhone so I switched over to 4g. It wasn't working on wireless but Netflix was still playing in my Xbox so I go and unplug the modem and hear Netflix close on the Xbox in the other room. I leave it unplugged for 30 seconds and let it power back up and all the lights turn green and everything is okay. It won't sign me into Xbox live because it says there's no Internet, my iPhone says "your iPhone isn't connected to the Internet" when I switch it over to Wi-Fi (even though in settings it shows that it's connected) and now I turned on my MacBook and it connects to the Internet but in safari the webpage can't be loaded. WHAT IS GOING ON? I'M WASTING PRECIOUS DATA.
Added (1). I can't call them, it's the middle of the night.
And Roy, upgrading my iOS wouldn't explain why it's not working on the Xbox.
Try calling them.
Please upgrade your iOS all problems will be solved.
If you have a modem and a router, then unplug both, plug in modem, wait until EVERYTHING is loaded on modem (all lights are green/blue like it is when everything works), give it another minute just to make sure, then plug in the router. Once the router comes back up then you should have internet on both. If you have internet on xbox but not on iPhone, then do a factory reset on router.
If you have a gateway (single device that is both a modem and a router) and you tried the unplugging it/plugging it in and that failed, then do a factory reset on it and it should work again.
If internet is still not working on both devices after those steps, it is either an ISP issue and you would need to call them, or it is your hardware.
I also have the same problem but weird thing is that it works with foreign server websites (I used some Nepali).So for some reason AT&T is not supporting American websites.

- My iPhone 5 says it's not connected to the internet, but it is? It won't let me check weather, go on Safari, and Siri won't respond at all. Everytime I load one of those, it always says the same message. I got it almost a month ago, and I would hate to take it to the Apple/Verizon store to get it checked out. I already turned it off and back on for a few minutes, still didn't work. But the thing is, it IS connected to the internet!
