IOS 7.0.4 Random Springboard Restarts?

I have a jailbroken iPhone 5 running iOS 7.0.4 that springboard randomly restarts 2-3 times a day. It doesn't seem to happen in any particular app and I have not recently installed any new tweaks. It will do it while I'm using the phone and while I'm not using it. Please help I have had this problem for about a month now and it's very annoying.

I don't know if it is a bug but I can't find any information on it. I could really use the 2GB this movie (The Avenger's) is taking up. I never downloaded it to my iPhone. I just remember seeing The Avengers and The Hunger Games in my movies through the Cloud on their own. And then one day I noticed even when not on Wi-Fi I still had the Avengers and I couldn't delete it. I know it is taking up storage because out of nowhere 2GB went missing. And when I added up the rest of the apps storage, 2.xx GB is missing. In my usage, the Video section says it contains no data. I'm attaching pictures of what I see and I do not know how to remove it. Swiping left or right does nothing. If anyone can help me I would be extremely grateful.

  • Will Ios7 fix my springboard? I've been having problems with my iPhone such as battery problems and stuff and went to apple to get it fixed and they said my springboard was the problem and that i had to restore as new. Now if I just went ahead and upgraded to ios7 could i just skip that mess, seeming as the springboard i assume be different?
  • What is com.apple.springboard and why is it in my location services? I've never jailbroken my iphone and I have no idea why this is there, I didn't notice it until recently. Do I need to delete it?

Anywho, a few days ago my springboard crashed during a phone call, just now it crashed again when I was on a phone call. What causes springboard to crash? Is it because I have to many apps running or something?
  • My iPhone restarts itself constantly? Ever since last night, whether it was plugged in and charging or not, my iPhone restarts itself every 3 minutes or so, whether I'm using it or not. The battery was recently replaced and is fully charged, and I've restored it at least 3 times now, so I feel as though I'm out of options. I also have the latest version of IOS or whatever. Any suggestion?
