You need to have your UDID registered, or you won't be able to install it. I did mine at http://www.instantudid.com/ for $5, and they registered me instantly. They're probably the best.

There are two different links for iPhone 5

If have you AT&T you're going to want to download the A1428
If you have Sprint of Verizon you will need the A1429

Once you've downloaded the iOS plug your phone into iTunes.
Hover your mouse over the "Check for Update" button and hold down the Shift key and then click the left mouse click (if you're using a Mac you're going to hold down the Option key + left mouse click).
A window should appear displaying your files and click on the iOS 7 file.

Once you've got the iOS 7 on your phone, you'll be able to download the new updates over the air so you won't have to do this process every time a new beta comes out(;
