Ios 7 flash what is this and how?

Well recently i upgraded my iphone 4 to ios 7 and it keep turning on and off by itself and now i want to restore my iphone but it keeps saying find my iphone is on help i really wanna go back to my regular verrsion help and plus my model no is A1349 so can someone give me a website where i can go back to 6.1.3 version please and my filmware i can't remember but it starts with a 3 but any way please help

You don't have the official IOS 7. What you downloaded is the beta version of IOS 7 and it's more for developers who know what they are doing with it, being it's a beta means it's going to have bugs, some features will not work.

  • What's the littlw hole between the camera lens and flash on iPhone 5? Between the lens and the flash there's a tiny hole. I just bought a magnetic camera lens to fit on my iPhone 5 and wondered what the hole was before I covered it with a magnetic ring. Thanks If the metal ring that the magnetic camera sits on covers this will it stop calls, videos etc from working?
  • Wet iPhone Camera Flash And Speaker issues? Last night I dropped my iPhone 4S into the toilet. I was lucky enough to save it by putting it in some rice. But now it does have a few problems I would like to try to fix. Firstly the sound from the speakers sound weird and wet like there's water in the speaker. Also the front camera on the phone has very cloudy quality and looks bad. Lastly the flash on the front of the phone for some reason is always on and always has light coming from it.

  • IOS annoying notification flash? I have an iPhone 5 with T-Mobile. For some reason lately every time my phone rings or when I get a notification, the camera flash starts flashing like crazy. I don't know why. It did this while I was sleeping and it flashed right in my eyes and I almost went blind. How the f*ck do I turn this annoying thing off?!
