IPhone 4 battery and service issues?

I've had my iPhone for a few months and it just recently is having memory issues. I had it changed to 100% this morning and barley used it during the day but at 7 tonight it was at 24%. Not only that my Sprint 3G has sucked really bad lately. Can I try and fix it without taking it to the shop? We have a warranty but I don't know how much it covers.

I will save you a trip to the Genius Bar. The things you need to do are close apps that are running in the background. Then you need to adjust the brightness of the screen. You do not need it at the brightest all the time. Since you are on sprint, where data caps don't exist, that is why their service kinda sucks. Although it shouldn't.

You will probably need to take it to the apple store. Sprint 3G coverage should be greatly improved by the 3rd-4th quarter this year because sprint is updating their towers. The standard apple warranty that comes with the phone covers all hardware problems so they should fit it or replace it for free. Hope this helps.

  • What should I do to solve battery drain issues on my iPhone 6? Should I calibrate my iPhone 6 battery or reboot to solve issues with battery drain? Certain apps like Snapchat really drain my battery and if my settings say that Snapchat takes 62% of my battery usage in background activity, does that I mean I should delete the app?
  • Iphone 5 issues with battery? My phone won't respond unless its plugged in, and when its plugged it on. T says my battery is dead, but then when the apple logo shows up as if it was about to turn on it goes back to saying its dead. Any help?
  • IPhone 4s connection issues? Update issues? I updated my iPhone 4s and as it turned on it will not let me go past the set up as it says I don't have a developer account? I'm not a developer and I do not have a developer account I can't restore the device as since I did the update the phone won't connect! WHAT SHOULD I DO? If anything does anyone have a developer account just so I can get into my phone? Yes I updated to iOS7 well tried and I can't restore as it won't connect
  • IPhone 4S battery issues, is this normal? I just recently had to get my iPhone 4s replaced with a new one on warranty. My old one worked fine for the nine months that I owned it, until one day its battery started depleting at the rate of 30% an hour. My new one is having similar battery issues, it goes down about 20% every hour. Is this normal? When I got my first 4S back in April of 2012, I used to be able to go days without having to re-charge it, now, I have to re-charge my new one every 10 hours.
