What should I do to solve battery drain issues on my iPhone 6?

Should I calibrate my iPhone 6 battery or reboot to solve issues with battery drain?

Added (1). Certain apps like Snapchat really drain my battery and if my settings say that Snapchat takes 62% of my battery usage in background activity, does that I mean I should delete the app?

I found something online before which helps my phone battery. It may sound odd but it works. Once get your phone charged up.1. Hold the Power but on your phone in until Power Off, Power Off & Restart and Turn Airplane Mode On pops up, 2. Then tap on Turn Airplane Mode On and once on repeat steps 1 and 2 except this time tap too Turn Airplane Mode Off--This will help save your battery big time. Tho everytime your recharge or turn phone off n back on you have to repeat the steps again. Also keep brightness down to around 30 percent
