Iphone 4 can't hear anything during call?

So when i make a call on my iphone 4, using my At&t service, i can't, nor can the other person hear anything. Though it connects rapidly… I do not even hear the ringing while the call is trying to go through. Also i just switched from a white iphone 4 to this present black iphone 4…(both have the same characteristics, just different colors )…

I got them both off the black market but they are in excellent condition. Also when i make a call from the viber app on this phone i can hear perfectly. There's no problem. Only when i make a call through my server do i not hear a thing…

What are some possible problems… If this is an internal hardware issue please can you be specific? Pictures if you can and stepped solutions

I still have an iPhone 3GS and recently I have found that whenever I make a call or receive a call, I can't hear the person on the other end, but they can hear me.   • Why can't I hear anything at all on my IPhone 4S? The only thing I can hear are the clicks of when I'm typing, and when I go to the settings and try to raise the volume, I can't hear anything from any of my apps and it's not on vibrate/silent I've checked everything. Is there a way I can fix this? I tried plugging in my head phones in but it still doesn't make any sound.

So everything is on in the sound option and it isn't set in vibration it's in sound also, the only method I can hear videos or anything is if I plug in the headphones how can I fix it I've tried turning it off and on already but it isn't any better.
