Iphone 4 front screen shattered
Hi, i just dropped my iphone4 on my kitchen floor (ceramic tiles) and the front screen shattered. I called apple and they told it would cost 200$ and they give me a new iphone4. This means i will lose everything except my contacts. Is it worth paying that much to replace my phone or is there an alternative to just replace the screen? Please help i don't want to get a new phone and lose everything.
You won't loose anything if you save, then back up the iphone from Itunes.
You'll also find someone out there willing to replace the screen for cheaper (and to the same standard), but this will invalidate any warranty you have from apple.
There's a mall near my house that has a kiosk where a person replaces iPhone screens for $70 while you wait.i'm sure you can find one near you if you call around
Just back up in itunes, then restore the new one off that old back up, you won't lose anything.
