Iphone 4 IOS6 stuck in recover mode and won't restore?

I live in england, my iphone 4 button stopped working and voice control kept popping up out of nowhere. Then it wouldnt turn on and said plug into itunes, so i did and it went througgh the recovery and restore phase, but once it was done, it restarted my phone then came up with the same message all over again saying i needed to recover and restore it. I've done it 8 times now and it just keeps finnishing then showing the message again.

I can get the iphone on by doing the hold home and unlock button trick, but once its on the home button still does not work. And also everytime i plug it into itunes you can't do anything because it asks to recover and restore which evidently doesn't work.

I bought this phone off someone from work 2 months ago and has been working fine since then. This also means that ii can't take it back to the shop as i'm not the original owner of it. This means i could pay for it to be fixed but i have no money what so ever. I do not live near an apple shop and i really do not know how to fix this problem without paying with money i do not have.

You could try letting the battery run out until the phone is completely dead, then charge it fully and try again. Or do a battery pop, where you remove the battery while the phone is on, and replace it. I can't vouch for this method, but running the battery out has fixed a couple of issues for me!
