IPhone 4 isn't working on Windows 8?
Okay, so here is my problem…
My iPhone 4 is not properly connected to my Windows 8 laptop, it's not uploading photos. It is, though, working perfectly fine in iTunes. When I plug it it (I've tried plugging it in the other usb drivers as well), the iPhone starts to charge and iTunes connects, but when I try to upload things it doesn't show up.
So I went to the Control Panel, view devices and printers, and saw that both "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver" and "iPhone" are listed under "unspecified". Those are the only ones that are unspecified. The "iPhone" is the only one with a yellow triangle and exclamation mark next to it, but I assume they are connected.
When I click on the "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver" > Hardware, it says its status is "This device is not working properly". Then I go to the "iPhone".
It says that there's a "device error" and it "needs troubleshooting". The Device Status is "This device is not working properly because Windows can't load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)".
I tried troubleshooting the "iPhone" and it says "there's a problem with the driver for MTP USB Device. Re-installing the driver might fix the problem". So I click "Apply this fix" and it comes back with "MTP USB Device has a driver problem" - not fixed.
I'm probably the most uncomputer savvy there's, so I would be 123456% grateful if anyone could try to help me. I will post pictures along with this. Thank you! <3
Windows can't load the driver. If the device is a Microsoft 6to4 adapter, the installed network adapter driver may not support the Microsoft 6to4 adapter.

- Why isn't my video working in Windows Live Movie Maker? My laptop runs on windows 7, and I've had it for over a year. I've imported an iPhone 6 video to my laptop and have opened it in movie maker to rotate. There's two problems. One, the video will not show up in the left side display screen, and two, the video will not rotate. (judging by the icons on the right side of movie maker) What can be done to fix this problem?

- Left side of my iphone 4 screen isn't working? Nothing on the left side can be pressed! I did a hard reset (pressing the home and off button) but it didn't work. Then i completely reset it, but there's no difference. I don't have an apple store where i live, how can i fix my phone? Btw, i can still do the *slide to unlock* which is odd, considering that that requires use of the screen's left side
