IPhone 4 needs Voicemail Password?
Just upgraded my iPhone 4 to iOS 7 and since doing so, a message will pop up every time I unlock the phone (and Cellular data is on) saying that I have the incorrect voicemail password. I've never made a voicemail password, and actually called my voicemail and gone with the option to delete my password which provided a half fix because this used to also happen at all times, but now, only when cellular data is on, any fixes to making it go away All the time?
Get ahold of your carrier and get the password reset. Apple support can't help you since voicemail is provided by the carrier.
- When do you use the voicemail password on iPhones? Why would they even make you set up a voicemail password if you never use it? When and how do you use it?
- What is the default voicemail password on my iPhone? I recently got the iPhone 5. Today, a notification randomly showed up asking for my voicemail password. Since I never set one up, I figured maybe it was my phone number. I tried that, along with the area code, and when that didn't work it tried the last four numbers of my phone number. That didn't work either. I called AT&T and got to voicemail help, and it wouldn't let me go any further without knowing my password.
- I forget my voicemail password? I never check my ROGERS Voicemail on my iPhone 4S as it texts me the voicemail (well tries to as it messes up most words) anyways I forget my password and have tried every password I could thing of… Is there any way I can reset my password?
- How to stop my voicemail password from popping up? I have an iphone 4S and I have no clue what my voicemail password is but this notification keeps popping up all the time asking for my voicemail password even when I'm not trying to listen to a voicemail. I could be on a totally different app and it pops up. It's do annoying and it's been doing this for about a week. How can I fix this!
