IPhone 4 randomly shut off, top button is broken. Am I doomed?
The top button on my iPhone 4 has been broken for a long time. Today my phone randomly shut off. Since my top button is broken, the only way I can turn my phone on is by plugging it in. I tried that earlier, but my phone did not react to that. Is there any way I can fix this without going to the apple store?
I think this is an issue with all iphones. My friend has an iphone 5 and her top botton stopped working randomly and she also has trouble turning off her phone. If I were you, I would definitely go to the apple store.

As of recently, when I use it, I could be texting, snapchatting or watching youtube videos and out of nowhere with no warning, It just turns off. The apple logo comes on the screen and then It turns off again. It comes on and then turns off and it stays like that for about 10-30 minutes. I don't know why it's been doing this and it's getting really annoying.
