IPhone 4 Ringer not working?
My iPhone 4 call ringer is not working, along with sound in some games apps and on lock button and tap of the keys. However for other apps, the sound is working fine. The volume keys also respond fine to Control of sound with iTunes and other apps. I have seen that the left speaker is not working. Does the ringer issue related to non functioning of left speaker or the problem lies somewhere else? I have tried settings restored to the original version and then to the latest OS version, i.e. 6.1.2, but no success.
Try getting to settings-general-reset-erase all content and settings, then start from scratch
- Why is the ringer sound on my iPhone not working? My ringer sounds are suddenly not working on my iPhone 4S. All of the other sounds are working fine, but the keyboard clicks, lock sound, and notification sounds are not working. I notice that when I try to turn up the volume of the ringer, I get a blank screen like the attached photo. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thank you!
- Why does my iPhone keep switching from Silent mode to ringer? When I set my phone down it keeps vibrating. Not plugged in or anything. It goes from silent mode to ringer every 5 seconds. What can I do to fix it? It's so annoying
- My IPhone 4S Volume/Ringer won't work? Ok so my phones a year old or so and it was my dads first. He dropped it in a lake and the lights permanently on then a couple days ago I dropped my phone screen first into mud and the volume won't work… Any ideas of how to fix it?
- Keyboard clicks, lock sounds, ringer etc.not working but iPod is? (iPhone 4s)? I've had my iPhone for about 6 months and the buttons on the left hand side have stopped working, the keyboard clicks, lock sounds, ringer, alerts and app sounds don't work through the speaker but music will play through the speaker. All of my sound setting are turned on but still no sound? Vibrate works but sound would be pretty helpful.
