IPhone 4 stolen and destroyed
Ok so last week my iPhone 4 was stolen at school. Yesterday I got it back only to see that the whole back of the phone was cracked (the front was already cracked) and the homebutton is missing… The phone won't even turn on at all. There's also water damage on the phone now. Is there anything I can do about getting this replaced or repaired? Would I be able to make the person that stole and damaged the phone pay for it?
You can take it to a cell phone repair shop for them to check, but with all that damage you'll most likely need to buy a new phone.
Can you MAKE someone that you assume stole your phone pay for it, no, you can ask, you can threaten, but you can't MAKE them pay.
They can say that it was already that way when THEY picked it up out of the puddle they found it in. And figured out it was yours, and returned it being the nice person that they are.
- Will Crapple warranty cover an iPhone destroyed in microwave oven? I put my iPhone in the microwave oven last night, and it totally blacked out after 4 seconds. I opened the door, took the iPhone out, and could not get it to turn back on. This morning, same thing. It won't turn on, it won't charge, and the computer won't recognize it. Will Crapple warranty cover this? Will they know it was damaged by the microwave oven?

- What company will replace a battery-destroyed iPhone 3? The battery of my iPhone 3 is freakishly swollen/expanded. Half of the front face is popped out and the back. I read that certain company's will replace it for free when this happens, any suggestions?
- MY iPhone 4s is completely destroyed? I was take the crackd glass out by picking at it because it kept falling out. I picked out the wrong part and i tore the whole screen off. Being the retard i'm i took all the paneling out or whatever and i now have no screen. Can this be repaired? How? And what is the price range?
