IPhone 4 won't give me notifications when I'm using it?
I've had my phone for about a month. About 2 days ago it stopped showing the banner at the top of the screen when I got a text or any type of notification. None of my settings have been changed and it's still set to the banner but it won't show up. Does anyone know why or how to fix it?

I have to open facebook or snapchat to see if anything is new. I got this iphone new today so it should be working I have it on in notifications with sound on and lock screen on

After i restarted my phone, I got the twitter app and turned on the notifications even the twitter badge icon. Ever since then, it still hasn't worked. My Facebook and Instagram notifications work but not Twitter. I have iOS 6.1.3 and before I restarted my iPhone, it worked.
