IPhone 4 won't receive calls but can make them?
I just got a new network working on it and I've texted and made calls to people but It won't let people call me. All it says to them is that I'm unable to take the call. Can anyone help me?

If your phone can make calls then the phone is working properly. For you to be able to transmit and receive audio the phone must be functioning on the correct band.
Therefore the problem is with the service provider. If it has been less than 24 hours since you changed network I would wait. It could be that the number has not been registered properly yet.
If more than 24 hours which is still a pain I would contact their tech support.
Did you switch from another carrier, but keep your phone number? Sometimes it takes a little while to complete the number porting. So your old phone would receive calls and your new phone can make calls. It usually works itself out after a few hours. If not, call the new carrier and make sure all of your old account info was put in correctly.

It's just a repetitive dialtone.
