IPhone 4s ios 6.1 mms not working tmobile?

I have a factory unlocked iPhone 4s on tmobile that I recently updated to ios 6.1. The mms (picture messaging) has stopped working, but it was functioning fine before I updated! It was running on ios 6 before. The mms message will have the sending bar go to about 95% and then it stops and say message send failure. I have tried using iBackup bot already and I don't know what else to do. Is there any new type of code that I have to put on the cellular data network part?

just for anyone who is having an MMS problem with the update here's what I did… And I have a unlocked 4S with iOS 6 on T-mobile network and couldnt send or receive MMS trying all the solutions presented in this forum… But i NOW HAVE A FIX! ( iphone 4 users can use this too just follow directions accordling) here it is…
go to SETTINGS
Turn WI-FI-OFF if it's on for this to work and turn on after all is done
then GENERAL
then NETWORK
(if you have IOS 6 then it probably says CELLUAR and not NETWORK)
Data Roaming-ON
3G Enable-OFF (you can turn this back on after all is done also)
Now…
go to CELLULAR DATA NETWORK
under the Cellular Data section---
-APN: epc.tmobile.com
(NOTE: for some iphone unlocks you may need to use wap.voicestream.com but try this intial example first b4 trying that input)
-USERNAME:<leave blank>
-PASSWORD:<leave blank>
Now.
under the MMS section---
-APN: epc.tmobile.com
-USERNAME:<leave blank>
-PASSWORD:<leave blank>
-MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
-MMS Proxy: 216.155.165.50:8080 (if you have a 4S LEAVE BLANK)
-MMS Max Message Size: 1048576 (if you have a 4S LEAVE BLANK)
-MMS UA Prof URL: http://www.apple.com/...uaprof.rdf

now to see if it worked…
when all that is typed in click the home button to save the APN and exit to the main screen
Verify MMS is enabled:
Settings
Messges
Set MMS messaging to ON
Now send someone a test pic and there you go!

I recently bought a factory jailbroken (can be updated) Iphone 3gs, and later the new software iOS 6 came out so i updated it.ever since i updated it i can no longer send MMS messages.before the update everything worked just fine. I have tried resetting the network settings, turning MMS messaging off and back on, turning off Wi-Fi, and completely restoring my phone. Nothing works.
