IPhone 4S LCD went black after drop?

I did a color conversion to my iphone 4s a couple months ago and I have never had any issues with the phone. I've dropped it a couple times but nothing has damaged the phone until I dropped it today.

It wasn't a major drop, it just fell off my lap getting out of the car. I wasn't expecting any damage but there were some small cracks on the back of my phone but it was a small drop compared to some others I have had. Anyways, when I tried to turn it on. The screen never responded. Yet everything else works on the phone, it vibrates from silent and ring and it still rings when I get a call/text. I'm not sure how major this is but I'm thinking that the cable for the lcd/digitizer unplugged or broke if that is even possible. Which is why I'm confused.

If you have any answers to why this is happening or how to fix it, please share.

You should check the connection maybe it just got disconnected from the mother board
that has happened to me like twice

if not then you probably cracked your lcd but according to what your saying,
it might just be the lcd connector got unplugged from the mother board

  • Will the iPhone 6/6 plus drop in price on Black Friday? If they do drop can you have one reserved at Apple or something and how much would they drop if at all?

I tried holding the home & lock button at the same time that didn't work, i tried plugging it into my computer and to my wall charger. And it still didn't turn back on, someone tell me what to do!
