IPhone 4S loud speaker not working?

I'm currently having a problem with my iPhone 4S loud speaker. When I plug in headphones the volume works fine. But when I unplug them the volume adjustment goes away. Does anyone know what is wrong? Or what I can do to fix this.

If you have warranty take it to apple.
if not open the back and look at the speakers or the volume control and see if the buttons are touching.
or go on youtube and look it up.

You can fix it. IPhone is a real pain in the a55 & now you can feel it so just take it to service centre & get it worked for lot of money if you don't have warrenty or you did'nt jailbroke it.

  • Why is my iPhone's left speaker (for sound) not working? I had recently damaged my phone by dropping it on pavement (approximately 3 feet), and it slid about 20 feet. Just today, I noticed the the left speaker on the bottom of the phone is not working. I have a feeling that it's not working because of the impact of the phone falling (I had a snap-on case at the time). Is there any way for it to get fixed without replacing the whole phone? And are there any good websites for parts? -Thanks
  • Speaker not working on Iphone 4s? Whenever i listen to something on my phone the speaker goes on and off every couple of minutes when I use headphones or just the speakers on the phone. When I use the speakers the noise sounds really static and voices sound robotic. Why is it doing this?
  • Remove iphone marks and speaker not very loud? I have an iphone 4 and have had a case with a patterned Back on the inside. Does any one know how I could remove the marks it has left? Also my speaker is a lot quieter than my friends iphone 4 speaker- any ideas on that?
  • Portable Speaker, connects fast, loud, affordable? My car radio is broken beyond repair. I had purchased a cheap bluetooth speaker. Unfortunately this speaker takes a while to set up the bluetooth mode everytime I get into the car, and it's not loud enough. Looking for a bluetooth portable speaker that connects automatically or has an aux cord, and goes loud on a sound test. (I want to be able to hear the music if I put my car windows down, I have the iphone 6 plus.)
