IPhone 4S ON BUTTON stuck? Will apple replace it for free?
Does anyone know if apple will replace my Iphone 4S for free since the ON button on top got stuck and became really hard to press? I bought the phone in December, so I'm still under warranty. Will they replace it for free or make me pay for it? I didn't drop the phone or anything, it just got stuck all of a sudden. I'm going to make a trip to the apple store tomorrow, but I just wanted to know ahead of time.
Yup, they should replace it for free, no problems.
I had a similar problem, where the spring underneath the button broke or something, so it wouldn't pop up any more (meaning the whole button just stopped working) and they replaced the whole phone for free.
If you are still under warranty then sure, their customer support is very good.
- Will Apple replace my Iphone 5 broken sleep button? It's just a little over a year old and is not damaged in any other way. The top button use to sometimes work and then only in the left corner but now it's completely dead.
- Will Apple replace my iPhone 4S if the power button doesn't work? All of a sudden the power button (at the top on the right) of my fairly new (got it about a year ago) iPhone 4S doesn't work. I don't know what happened. Will they replace it for free? Oh and I didn't buy the insurance or whatever.

I push it down so hard that my fingers turn red. It's covered by apples warranty and they're sending me a box to return the iphone. Will they replace it or repair it?
- Will apple replace my iphone 4 for free? I dropped my iPhone 4 in some water. If I go into the Apple Store and say that I don't know what is wrong with it. They can't turn it on even if it's connected. So if I don't say anything and just play dumb… will they give me a new one for free?
