Iphone 4s updating to ios 6?
Does ios 6 basically make the iphone 4s the iphone 5, just lacking the size? Does the camera become the same? What DOESN'T become the same as the 5? Also, if you bought an iphone 4s, would it come with ios 6? Anything else as well haha thanks.
Nothing becomes the same for the 4s to the 5 except for the operating system if you upgrade to ios6 for the iphone 5 and 4s. The iphone 5 has a different camera, core processing chip, battery, circuit board, size, width, length, back material, port size, headphone location, speaker location, and a bunch of other things. And no, only ipod 5g/iphone 5 come with ios6 pre-downloaded, hope i help'd.

My Instagram account was disabled for whatever stupid reason, but if I were to update my iPhone 4S to the new iOS 6 beta, would I be able to use Instagram again? I've made a new account, and it says my account has been disabled. It banned my phone via the UDID. Instagram works on my ancient iPod Touch though.

Many apps now are optimised for iOS 9 and/or the 6th generation phones. Will my 5s' speed performance slow down if I update my apps? Will the app's performance slow down?

I know that if you 'Majorly' update your iPhone it will erase everything from your iPhone like updating ios 4 to ios 6, but what if you are just updating your iPhone from ios 6.0.1 to ios 6.1.2 on the same version, is there any difference or it will also remove everything?
- Updating unlocked iPhone 4 to latest ios without losing carrier? I have an iPhone 4, not 4s, and the current ios is 4.0.2., and the current carrier is T-Mobile. I need too know if updating it will take out the carrier and/or brick my phone.
