Added (1). I thought there was a problem with it making calls and the maps app.
Also can it record video from the front and the back. Like can you see YOURSELF while recording video.
5. My friend has one and it's so much lighter than the 4s, faster downloads, internet, etc, and overall just a better phone.
IPhone 5:) the Apple website has great comparison charts that can help you with your decision. I prefer the 5 because of the ios7 coming out soon

No there are no problems making calls & as far as the Maps app, it has improved but either way there are alternatives. Also running the 4S on the latest iOS will have that same Maps app.
Yes both can record video from either camera, but the 5's will do so from both in HD.
