Iphone 4s: Wi-Fi connected, but internet not working?
For the past 2-3 days my phone won't connect to the internet if I'm on Wi-Fi. It will say I'm connected but then once I open up safari it will say that the server stopped responding. I know nothing's wrong with the Wi-Fi because everyone else in the house is able to be on it but me.
please please please help. I've tried almost everything!
I googled so much stuff, so far I've tried:
- resetting my network settings
- resetting my phone by the power button & home button
- turning off blue tooth
- turning off cellular data then back on
- the "renew lease" button
- forgetting network and re-entering the password.
and I don't really want to restore my phone, or go in and trade it in for a new one. It's just so much work! Just like I hate the fact that the only way to get rid of a number is if I restore my phone and set it up as a new device when I delete someone's number, but then their number still pops up when I type in their name to text, but their number is deleted. Even I tried that text conversation and the edit contact thing for that, and that didn't work too!

- Wi-Fi Connected - but no internet on devices connected? Hi, The Problem is - i set up a wireless network today for my Iphone 5 and my blackberry, from my main desktop at home, and all went well and Both are connected to it, as well as my laptop. But now whenever i try using the internet on these devices ( iphone etc ) it does not work, although the main desktops internet is working… Can anyone help me? I'm using WINDOWS 7.

- My iphone says i'm connected to Wi-Fi but when i try to run something it says i'm not connected? My phone shows signal, it has a check mark by the device but when i try to open an app it says can't find a connection.
- My iPhone 5 says it's not connected to the internet, but it is? It won't let me check weather, go on Safari, and Siri won't respond at all. Everytime I load one of those, it always says the same message. I got it almost a month ago, and I would hate to take it to the Apple/Verizon store to get it checked out. I already turned it off and back on for a few minutes, still didn't work. But the thing is, it IS connected to the internet!
