How do I fix this or what might be the problem?

Added (1). It's not the charger, I've already bought a new one to see if that was it.

Youtube app only works on iPhone 4S when Wi-Fi is turned OFF? Can someone please explain this to me? It's usually the other way around for everything else on my phone but with this new Youtube app I can only watch videos using 3G. I checked to make sure it isn't a problem with my internet and it isn't. I really hope someone can help me with this because it uses up my data plan when I'd rather just use my Wi-Fi.
Why does my phone only charge when it's turned off? I have an iPhone 6s. My phone only charges when it's completely shut off, and even then extremely slowly. I've tried different chargers and I don't think that s it. When it's on and I plug it in the lightning bolt doesn't show up and the percentage fluctuates a lot.

I have a new iphone 5 that I recently bought and is updated to ios 8 but the problem is it only charges when the phone is turned off, I have tried restarting my phone but nothing changes, and I have also cleaned out the lint from the phone but it made no difference
My iPhone turned off by itself and turned back on while using a app? When I was on YouTube my phone just shutted off by itself then turned on. Is there something wrong with the phone. Also when I click my home button one time the phone sometimes wouldnt come on till the second click. What can I do?
