IPhone 4S with Sprint can my step my track me?
I have an iPhone 4S with sprint. The phone and account is on my step mom's name. I had to run away from her I don't want her to find me. Is there a way she can track my location through my iPhone
Well there's an app called find my iPhone. But in order to track someone else, you must have their apple id name as password. So as long as she doesn't know that, then no she can't track you.
Yes, you shouldn't run away. Your mom will send rescue and police to find you (and believe me they will) if you tell siri a phone number it will track the phone number to you location.
Remove your apple accounts and emails and make new ones. She could disable your mobile account but you'll be fine with Wi-Fi. Please get somewhere safe soon. One last thing disable location services and make as few phones calls as possible and when you make a call get a far away from the calls location as possible…
Oh yea. There are apps like that. Just like holly said, find my iPhone is an app wich can track, lock, or completely erase everything on your iphone. But it will need data to be on. So to not be tracked just turn off cellular data. Go to
Settings>General>Cellular Data>slide or tap off. This will turn off your Internet.
Now unless there's a service like AT&T's family map on Sprint. I think this solution will do you good. Or ust make sure she doesn't know your apple ID.
