Well there are many online sites that will give you valuable information on Android and IOS app development. Just Google it.
You can also look at the various Youtube videos which explain a lot.

But the best way to learn is to buy a book and study from it. That way you will learn more quickly and you don't have to keep searching for info. Its all in the book.

I recommend you to get the book "Android Cookbook" and "Professional iphone and ipad: Application Development". These are very good books and will explain you all the concepts thoroughly and in complete manner.

You should start from core java and basic c programming
