IPhone 5 AT&T order cancelled or what?
So I ordered an iphone 5 16gb from at&t on the 14th for 199 dollars, but today (oct 19th) when I come home and get on my computer my paypal tells me that the 199 dollars that was pending has now expired and I got the money back and the order isn't on my at&t account anymore. So I call at&t and they tell me the order isn't gone, it's still in their system and is being processed, I called twice and they both told me the same thing. But what I don't get is why did the money on paypal ''expired'', they told me that they would withdraw the money when they ship the actual phone. But still, why would it go from pending to expired. Because technically they don't have the money when it's ''pedning''. I'm asking because I really want the iphone 5 and I would hate for it not be delivered because at&t messed up.
How did PayPal respond to your complaint?
- What does it cancelled mean in my iPhone's call log? Every time I try to call someone in particular it rings for a bit, then I hear three beeps and it says cancelled in the call log instead of outgoing call.
- Tmobile cancelled my contract, advice please? I still have the iphone. They cancelled it cause I was missold the contract. However I still want my number the contract was on, the number isn't on now tho obviously cos they cancelled it. Can they change it to a pay as you go and I can use it? Also is the phone blocked? I don't know as iphone sim cards are diff to regular ones so that's why I'm asking also tmobile customer service is closed now. So please if you can offer advice or opinions, thank you.
- I ordered an iPhone online but cancelled and still received the package? I ordered the phone then cancelled it the same night, probably only an hour later. The next day I received a confirmation of the cancellation and a refund. About a week later the phone came in the mail. I ordered it on Amazon and have since removed the card I paid with from the account can I still be charged if I keep it? Or can they track it through the phone's esn if I activate it or anything like that? I cancelled it before it was shipped.
- I cancelled by direct debit. Can they still take money? Basically I took out a contract on an iPhone 4 with O2 last year. Money became an issue so I just cancelled my direct debit with Lloyds TSB Will they still be able to withdraw money from my bank monthly regardless?
