You should have immediately turned it off and thoroughly dried it inside and out FIRST. Rice will do nothing to dry the inside.

You should take it in to be looked at before ever powering it back on.

Water damaged iPhone and no rice? My iPhone went through a washing machine. It's been a couple of days and because I'm a college kid, I don't exactly keep dry rice in my dorm. I stuck it in easy mac, wrapped it in a coffee filter, and two paper towels. Does anyone know if this will work? When I plugged it into the computer like 5 minutes ago it turned on, but the touch was messed up and I couldn't unlock it or anything. The little guy's fighting for his life.
Water damaged IPhone 5s! Been in rice 24hours? It looked much better after being in the rice but now I'm noticing moisture behind the screen. It's like it's creeping in slowly. Is there anything I can do to prevent this getting worse until I can afford to get it fixed?
My iphone 4s got really hot? Last night my actual phone and not just the charger got really hot to the touch. I've only had it for about a month and thats the first time its done it. IPhone got really hot after charging, and won't turn on? Before going to sleep, I plugged in my iPhone 5s to charge it like I do every day, and went to sleep. When waking up, I go to reach for my phone and it burns my fingers. It is really hot, and now it won't turn on no matter what I do. I'm a lost at what to do, please help!
