Added (1). You boot it up and then it goes black, you boot it up again and it goes black. Itunes and the computer won't recognize it so i can't use recboot or restore i need help!
Hi, I recently paid off a friends contract with Sprint and had his Iphone5s jailbroken and carrier unlocked. After doing so I had the same issue you speak of. After I got Ill I handed it to my wife to keep from heaving it. She came back an hour later and showed me she had installed an Verizon sim card she had and entered all her Apple info. And it worked perfectly! I'm not positive this will fix yours, but it worked for me and I thought I'd mention it!
The jailbreak failed. Revert back and try another method.
When you turn on the phone, you see the Apple Logo. Press and hold the Volume Up key until it starts up completely. This will take you to "safe mode''. If you recently downloaded a tweak that isn't compatible with the iOS version that you have, that could be the problem. Go into Cydia and delete that tweak. Hopefully that helps.
