IPhone 5 keeps attempting to turn off?
It keeps flicking to the screen in which you need to slide the button for it to turn off. It constantly flashes & goes to that screen even when I attempt to stop it. This keeps happening randomly. Why could this be?
If its still in warrenty contact apple straight away! Their customer service is very good as i have experienced and they often replace your item! Have you triend turning it off? Etc. You could try plugging it into your laptop/pc syncing it and then restore this often works with technical problems! You can the. Sync it again to receive it to your settings you had it
Well my sisters phone did somthing similar what she did was hold down the home and power buttens at the same time this should fix it if that doesn't work you can reset it by going to setting than general and at the bottom it will sayan reset just hit that warning you will lose every thing and you will have to active the phone again and if that doesn'ton work I would talk to apple or your cellphone company
There's something wrong with the lock button, i had the same problem but went into the apple store and they replaced the device for me right there and then and that is even without purchasing the device from them.
