Iphone 5 keeps saying call failed to the 2 main people i ring?

I usually ring my misses and my mother and for some reason the past day or 2 it keeps saying call failed and have to have them to ring my phone which is really annoying as i can't get hold of them when i want to and was wondering if anyone would know a way to fix this please

If there's an Apple store in your area, they might have some thoughts on the matter. You can also try a Google search (just type a description of the problem in the search area). I've stumbled on a lot of help with technical questions that way. You could also post in the "Consumer Electronics" area of "Answers" to see if anyone there knows what is going on.

  • Will it show up as a missed call if i call someone by accident for half a ring? So I accidentally called my ex on his iphone, but I quickly realized my mistake and hung up after a half ring. Like you know how when you're calling someone it rings, I hung up after the first riiiing. My question is, will it show up on his phone as a missed call? I tested it out on 2 friends. One iphone 5 and iphone 4. They both told me they didn't get a call. Am I in the clear?
  • My iPhone 6s takes about 30 sec to ring when I call. Why? My iPhone 6s is brand new my carrier is t-mobile, I make calls and it takes about 20-30 seconds to ring and connect. The same thing when someone calls me I press the green button and it takes about 20 seconds of silence before I can here the voice of the person IIm calling. Please help. Is there anyway to fix my problem. Is it the phone or the carrier. Did I damage it already. Please answer this is emergency
