IPhone 5 lock/power button problems?
I just got a new iPhone 5 in December, and I've taken GREAT care of it (its been in a defender series otterbox and I've only taken it out maybe 5 times to clean it. I've NEVER dropped the phone on a hard surface) after about 5 weeks of having the iphone, the lock button needs to be pressed down fairly hard to work. It works, but you have to push down hard. Not like Really hard but when I'm not really trying, it takes about 3 clicks to get it to work and turn on, shut off. And when I hold it down to shut it off, it takes a couple tries. I didn't get a special warranty from AT&T but can I get a new iPhone or get it fixed at the AT&T I bought it at? Or should I call apple?

The iPhone comes with a one year warrantee I would take it too an apple store if you have one close by. They can take it apart and clean it which might get it working again or they'll replace it for you. If you don't have an apple store a corporate AT&T store can look at it but they ussually won't take it apart. They like to send it out for repair. An apple store is the way to go.
Don't forget to backup the phone before you go in just in case they decide to replace it.

- My iphone's lock/power button no longer works? I have the iphone 4 and about two nights ago the power/lock button got really hard to press. I have an otter box case so I just assumed the bulky cover was making it hard to press and ignored it well I woke up this morning and it won't work at all. It's almost like it's jammed and I took my cover off so I know now it's not that. I just got this thing in December so there's no way I can replace it already. Is there anything I can do to fix it myself?
