IPhone 5 not finding carrier?
I was on the phone talking to a friend and my phone powered off because of low battery and then when I got home I charged it and now on the top left corner where it's supposed to say how much signal I have and "Verizon", it says "searching" and hasn't found service at all for about 6 hours now! I've tried turning off and on, airplane mode, and all that hasn't worked! What do I do?
Start it up
Reboot it, if that doesn't work, restore t. Be sure to back up anything important.
This happened to me with my iPhone 5 as well. I was able to fix the issue by just taking out the sim card and putting it back in again. If that still doesn't work, then you may have to go to your carrier or an apple store to get your sim replaced.
- Lost my iphone? Probability of finding it? Lost my iPhone on a mountain trail this weekend. I had the find my iPhone and was able to trace the phone at a Starbucks today but after that it has been ofline. What is the probability of finding my iPhone? If the person that has it decides to keep it to themselves but have it off or take the battery out of it? Will sprint be able to trace the phone if the person already took the battery out? I'm thinking of just activating my old phone for now.
- Is finding a iphone 4 stealing? My friend had found this iphone 4 three years ago and he said he had found it in a bathroom, he gave it to me to restore it. Is this stealing? (Legally Aquiring)
- IPhone 5 isn't finding hotel Wi-Fi. Any suggestions? So I'm at an airport hotel. A Hilton if it matters. I'm in my room and my macbook found the hotel Wi-Fi network with no problem. So I have a long flight tomorrow and so I'm downloading a bunch of new games for my iphone. On of them requires a Wi-Fi network to download. So i tried to find the Wi-Fi network on my iPhone and it isn't finding any network, even though my macbook is connected to the internet. So why can't my iPhone find the network?
- IPhone 3g help finding apps? I have an IPhone 3g and can someone help me find some apps for it i have IOS 4.2.1 and i want to find some apps to play. And i don't have money for an IPhone 5 so don't mention it please.
