IPhone 5: People can't hear me speaking?
People can't hear me speaking through my mic when I make a call. However, when I record a video it records audio, FaceTime works, voice memos works, and speaker phone works. What is going on? And how can I fix it?
I've cleaned out the mic, I've reset my network settings, I've made sure it wasn't muted, I've restarted my phone… Nothing helps.
This might be really silly, and it's probably not the problem but… My dad had this problem (he does not have an iPhone though, mind you), and it turned out his in-call volume was all the way down.
- When i call someone on my iphone they can't hear me and i can't hear them why? Well it just happened i was calling my dad like 10 minuets ago and then i hung up and then called him 5 minuets later and i could hear him but he can't hear me for some reason why is that? I'm sorry i meant i CAN hear them but they can't hear me
- People can't hear me when i talk on my iphone? When someone calls me on my iphone, i can't get them to hear me. I always say "hello, hello?!" and they can't hear me. Besides taking it to apple, is their anyway i could fix this?
- Jail broken AT&T iphone 4 for T-Mobile. Why can't people hear me? I bought the jail broken iphone 4 back in May and before it used to make phone calls just fine. After a couple months people can't hear me, but I can hear them. I can make phone calls and people can call me, but I don't know what the problem is. There's no water damage or anything. What should I do? Btw, I have good service all the time, so it doesn't make any sense.
