IPhone 5 sim and lock problems?
Ok, so yesterday my lock button started not working for my iPhone 5. Like sometimes when I pressed it nothing would happen, unless I press it really hard.
Secondly, today my sim isn't being recognised. In the top left corner it just says "invalid sim", and whenever I restart and reset my phone it says "Sim error"!
I've had this phone for about a month now with no problems, and using the same SIM card. I have never dropped it, and I've kept it in mint condition!
I'm aware I may need to take it into the shop to get the lock button fixed, but what can I so about the invalid sim?
Get it repaired, simple as.

Check in the settings menu and see if there's any new updates and install them if there's and see if that helps.

After receiving my email saying my phone was unlocked I backed up and restored my phone but I didn't get any kind of notification from itunes that my phone was unlocked. I checked my imei at imei.info and it says my simlock status is "unknown." What does that mean?
