Iphone 5 will I have to go to apple store?

I have an iphone 5 I got from Apple store the phone is freezing all the time. I want to know if I can replace it in other shops like Pc world or would I have to go to the apple shop.

You can. But Apple won't touch it after it has been tampered with by anyone else. Best off going to an Apple store

For replacement you needa go to apple store and if you fix it by other stores apple wknt touch it

You will have to return it to the STORE you bought it from
if it is to be repaired under the warranty.

You can't use any other one unless that one has closed
down for any reason.
