IPhone 5 won't let me phone people?
So I got a new iPhone 5 and it won't let me call people. It sent a text to my dad who has an iPhone 4 but it won't let me send a text to my mum who has an Samsung phone. When I try to phone somebody it comes up "Sorry, you've not been given access to the service" How can I fix this?

- Why won't my unlocked iPhone 4 let me call people? I've just unlocked my iPhone as it was on orange, I've put a guff gaff SIM card in n I can text receive calls and go on Internet but when I try calling people it won't let me!
- My phone won't let me download IOS 7 (iphone 4)? Okay so i download ios 7, then it begins to install it. But while installing after like an hour, it says i need to restore my iphone, then it brings me back to IOS 6.1.3, and have to restart whole process. I'm next to Wi-Fi hot spot. I saw my friend do it in like 30 min. I saw my sister do it in an hour, but i have been doing it All DAY! I mean wtf! Anway it keeps bringing me back to old IOS 6.1.3, what is wrong with my iphone? And btw i have Iphone 4. My Itunes is up to date
- My iPhone won't let me talk unless its on speaker phone? My iPhone was dropped a few days ago and when I go to call someone I have to put it on speaker phone or else they can't here me. Any suggestions to help fix it/how to/how much it would cost? I'd like to do it myself and have the cheapest way possible.
- My iPhone won't let me take the bookmarks from my laptop off my phone? I was trying to clear up some space on my iPhone and I went on safari and noticed that the same bookmarks from my laptop were on my phone and now I don't know how to get them off.
